Vision Statement

All will sleep knowing their Shepherd's voice.

3 Goals

    1.  Plan and organize every segment of this ministry to effectively and efficiently inspire and encourage RBC Members.

    2.  Recruit and retain strong leadership for each sub-ministry.

    3.  Create and promote a dynamic New Membership Class to spark in interest in the hearts of new members.
   

Long Term Goals
To be accountable to God and His appointed Pastor of RBC to oversee each and every member of His church.
